Last updated March 20, 2026. This policy describes how DragonFit collects, uses, and protects information when you use the DragonFit website and app.
1. Information we collect
DragonFit collects the information you provide directly, such as your email address, account credentials, workout entries, assessment entries, and related fitness profile data.
We may also collect limited technical information needed to run the service, such as session identifiers, security logs, browser details, device details, and infrastructure logs generated by our hosting providers.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to:
- create and secure your DragonFit account
- authenticate you when you sign in
- send verification and password-reset emails
- store workouts, assessments, and profile history
- generate and display DragonFit scores and trends
- protect the service against abuse, fraud, and misuse
3. Authentication and email
DragonFit currently supports email-and-password authentication and may support Google sign-in. If you choose Google sign-in, DragonFit receives identity information needed to authenticate you, such as your Google account email address and Google subject identifier.
DragonFit uses email to send verification links and password-reset links. Those emails are sent through our transactional email provider.
4. Cookies and session handling
On the web, DragonFit uses essential cookies and session tokens to keep you signed in, secure authentication flows, and protect your account. These cookies are necessary for the product to function and are not used for third-party advertising.
5. How we share information
DragonFit does not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate the product, such as hosting, database, email, authentication, and infrastructure vendors, but only to the extent needed to run DragonFit.
6. Data retention
We retain account and product data for as long as needed to operate DragonFit, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our terms. We may delete or anonymize information when it is no longer needed for those purposes.
7. Your choices
You can choose whether to create an account, whether to use Google sign-in if offered, and whether to add workouts or assessment data. You may also request account-related help through DragonFit support channels.
8. Children's privacy
DragonFit is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
